Today I wanted to write about one skill that is very important for happiness. It’s accepting facts. We have to be able to put aside our critical and judgemental part. I think it helps each one of us a lot if we learn to take things just the way they are.
We have to be able to accept people, situations, feelings, life events, weather and ourselves. We can’t change everything read the article. We have to accept that we are not perfect, we are never ”ready” and we don’t know everything.. We have to accept that everything doesn’t go like we want to and that we can’t change others.
And if you accept the things in yourself that you can’t change, you can concentrate on the ones that you can. You have to accept your past so that you can affect the present and the future. Sometimes the best results happen after accepting.
